What? Work on a project together with people from all around the world in global
virtual teams and learn the best practices of cross-cultural collaboration through
personal experience.
Who? MBA and undergraduate business students, corporate employees, and anyone else
who aspires to a career in this global world. We currently train approximately 2,000
trainees from 50 organizations located across 40 countries on 6 continents, every
4 months.
How? In global virtual teams of about 7 (each team member in a different country),
our trainees work together for several months to develop a business proposal for
an international company. We provide the training, carefully monitor individual and
team performance, provide feedback and guidance. The project is also used as a research
platform (IRB approved) to better understand dynamics and performance in global virtual
teams.
